WAITSTAFF DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for a beach themed cafe that is looking to expand its international team. Use your English skills and learn Japanese, surround yourself with cultural history and contemporary design, eat local and fresh ingredients on the menu, and join a welcoming staff. Your main responsibility is to provide guests with an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. This will include welcoming guests, serving dishes, clearing/cleaning tables, and opening/closing preparations. Non-experienced candidates are welcome. Your position can evolve based on your growth and accomplishments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently residing in Japan
  • Have a valid visa (student visa, working holiday visa, dependent visa, spouse visa). We DO NOT sponsor visas
  • Basic Japanese and conversational English
  • Flexible work hours and be able to work during the weekends and national holidays
  • Team player, hard worker, motivated, great smile, friendly and customer oriented, energetic, able to work under pressure and summer heat, well-organized and conscious of quality
